So i ordered a roof and 2 dust doors thru Rolife official website and only the roof was in the parcel 
guess i am in a bit of a mess up week this week
but the good news is that the transparent sheets are shipped

@ThaoNguyen yes i have, next will be better i guess, i’m is sush a chaos week this week and strange things keep happening to me this week
they already solved it, they were send separately but i didn’t get the tracking for them, somehow didn’t get that email, could be it has something to do that a changed computer and outlook since last week as my laptob crashed a few weeks ago and since last week i’m on a new one and a new outlook, so that email maybe got lost
It’s good that everything was resolved smoothly.
