Finally completed my Kiki’s Magic Emporium – the very first Rolife kit I bought ages ago :sweat_smile:

There were definitely some struggles along the way. Pictured are the cabinet handles that made me quit out of frustration the first time I tried building this set🫠 This time I left them for last and realized there was just no way to bend them using only my fingers and the little tool included – I ended up using two pairs of pliers.

I also accidentally scratched off some of the black bars on the windows, so I traced over them with stained glass paint and added a little cat. I think it turned out pretty nice🐱

All in all, it was lots of fun and it looks super cute :sparkles: I’m in love with all the tiny details. My desk was an absolute mess for like a month, but now that I’m done I feel like I’m missing something in my life :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: So I’ll probably start a new kit soon – but a no-glue one this time!

Well done! I have only build the new version of this kit and the handles are push in and there is no wire work at all.

Your cat is so special in the window! That was such a clever idea i love it!

That’s so lovely! It’s actually the kit I’m working on right now too! I’m taking it very slowly and adding a few custom touches here and there, and I’m enjoying every single step of it. Seeing yours finished gives me even more motivation to keep going, it looks absolutely beautiful!

Thank you! For all the headache it gave me, the cabinet is placed all the way in the back and you can barely see it anyway😆

Haha thank you, you’re too kind. What really does annoy me though is that you can still see some glue marks in a few places. If anyone has tips on how to avoid or minimize them, I’d really appreciate it!
