I just received my July leaderboard prize, and I’m really excited about this one because the Holiday Cafe will be my first book nook!
I’ve never built a book nook before, so I’m really looking forward to trying something different. It looks like it will be a really fun build with lots of little details. I might even give it to my sister when it’s finished because she really loves bunnies and coffee, so I think she would really like it.
I also finally had a chance to unbox my Moomin collaboration graduation prize, which I received about a week ago. I got Snorkmaiden’s Garden Party, and the little figurine is really cute! I was secretly hoping for one of the other two kits since this one is probably my least favorite of the three. The scene feels a little more cluttered than the other designs, and Snorkmaiden isn’t my favorite character, but I’m still really grateful to have received it.
I’m sure I’ll still have a great time building it, and I’m excited to see how it turns out. Thank you to Robotime for both of these prizes and for being so generous with the community!

That’s such a fun combination of prizes! The Holiday Cafe sounds like the perfect first book nook, especially if you’re thinking of gifting it to your sister. And I love that you’re still excited about the Moomin kit even though it wasn’t your first choice. Sometimes the unexpected builds end up surprising us the most. Can’t wait to see how both turn out!
