Honey Ice Cream Shop complete

Day 17 and finally completed my first miniature kit- Honey Ice Cream Shop.
I gotta to admit that it was quite a challenge.

I did a few boo boo with this one but it’s finally work out alright.

  1. My mum have accident throw away my little pieces of decorations so some of the signs was missing.

  2. Stuck the support for the stairs the wrong way. Once it is glued, that’s it.

So I have to make more grass and having spare leaves so I made a vines going up to hide it.

  3. Glued the door the wrong side so I had to glue another spare signs. So it doesn’t look weird.

  4. Lost one of the wire for the light so I end up using 1 wire to connect. I had to mark the side which is (+) so I won’t get mixed up. Ofcourse using the 1 wire and cut in half it is now shorter. So as I connect the 1st light with original long wire, I had to make a little connection point to connect the wire half way.
It ends up working out alright and the light works.
I quite enjoy building this kit. Definitely will collect more miniature kit.

What do you all think? Would you give it a go to build this kit? Also, what else do you think I should add to the build?

I love it! You did very well. The minis are not as easy as some might think. I’ve only done the Snowy Christmas house and a couple of booknooks. I am starting the Dreamy Garden house soon.

Building this mini with my long nails was a challenge. But it is quite fun

It turned out amazing, congratulations!! A tricky kit for a first one and such a challenge well accomplished. I always like to add a personal touch to my little houses, whether it’s tiny cats, photos, or small details. Think about it, and whatever appeals to you most—trust yourself and go for it! hehe
