so the weather is going to get hotter again now , got a ventilator now, and i have 1 more busy week ahead
my son is starting his job in the sheltered working place tomorrow, Tuesday is have 2 hospital appointments in 2 different hospitals, in the morning my daughter needs to go to University Hospital Ghent for her monthly check up and my son has an appointment for his toe in the afternoon in another hospital
My daughter is taking her theoretic drivers test on Friday morning so i need to take her there by 10 AM, so fingers crossed for that
i still need to go thru the backlog choosing a kit
after this week things are getting slower for me
planning on doing some pictures this week of my daughters art works, so maybe show some on here in the next few days she did in her 11th year of art school, my son displays his art work on his Instagram, they are both great making art
That really does sound like a very busy week, Sofie. I hope everything goes well with your son’s new job, the appointments, and your daughter’s driving test.
I tried to crochet a little too, but I ran out of yarn for one project, and when I started another one my wrists began to hurt, so I had to stop. I felt a bit sad about it, because I really wanted to keep going
Those kits look really cool! Some of them are completely different from the builds I have with the same names. I didn’t realize how the same named kit can be a different version in other countries.
@Sofie_Vanderbeken that really is a full week ahead, from your son’s new job to the hospital appointments and your daughter’s driving test. It is lovely that you still found room for Lego, sewing, and thinking about which kit to choose next. We hope the week goes as smoothly as possible and that the slower days afterward give you a little breathing space.
It sounds like you’ve had a wonderfully creative weekend! I love that you switch between hobbies, it keeps things fun and inspiring. Wishing your son all the best on his first day at work, and good luck to your daughter on both her hospital checkup and her driver’s theory test. I’d also love to see your children’s artwork when you have time to share it. They must have inherited your creative spirit!
