My daughter is a real Efteling fan, we go there sometimes on holiday for 3 days, we went for three days last summer and we go again for three days mid December this year for three days, so I got that for her like an hour ago, I will give it to her for easter, guess i will be the one building it for her

Can you spend a whole day at Efterling? When I looked it up, I thought it would take a couple of hours to walk around. Are there interactive displays, or rides as well?

@Suzanne_Jones We always go there for 3 days, there are many options to sleep there in the Efteling team hotels and cottages, there hotels and cottages and there is also a hotel that is in the parc itself now, we have been in all the hotels so far (except the new one in the parc itself, it is pretty expencive), never in one of the cottages, as a guest you are able to get into the parc before the people come in that go for one day, so far we always went in summer, this year we go in winter (half December in Xmas school break) as we want to experience Winter Efteling, there is an app where you can see waiting times for attractions, this is really for young and old, there is a fairy tail Forrest, I went there as a kid and now I am 53 and my daughter is a big fan it that parc, there are also parc shows in the parc and in the Fairy Forrest, my favorite character there is the wolf of the fairy tail “Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf”. Us are self’s are from Belgium, if you ever are in holland/the Netherlands this is really worth it visiting, my 2 of 3 children that are still living at home are 21 and 17 and the really like going there, for us it is a 2 hour drive (186 km), if we would life closer I’m sure we would buy subscriptions

If I ever get to do my dream river cruise, then I will he sure to go and see this. Although I don’t like roller coasters very much anymore, I would love to ride the steam carousel.

@Suzanne_Jones I’m not really a big fan of high things, I’m not going into Baron 1898 and Python, these are the only 2 I’m not going in even my daughter always nagging me to go into with her, all the others i do. there is also a parc show with fountains that are really great in the dark “aquanuria” look it up on Youtube as aquanuria Efteling, parc is open summer untill 10PM

I had to check the link you’ve shared with @Suzanne_Jones to even know what Efteling is! I’ve never heard of it before, maybe it’s a hazard of living in Europe? Or my own ignorance? Hmm.
