Halloween Customization Progress

To make the stained glass effect, I had to cut out a portion of a clear biscuit container and color with acrylic pens.

With the deadline looming, I need to push harder. I have so many ideas in my head but I have little time because of my kids.

On a brighter note, we decided to take the plunge and buy our very first 3d printer. This will take our hobby to the next level. Happy me but wallet is crying. This is me sitting beside the cashier as she swipes my husband’s card. Lol!

Thanks for reading. Good vibes to y’all! :purple_heart::pink_heart::purple_heart:

I saw that stained glass effect recently on reels but haven’t tried them out yet. Yours look fantastic and I think would even more stand out over lighting. Congrats on having the 3d printer

This is such a cool way of making stained glass. I’ve also seen it done with nail polish. And woo hoo on the Bambu. What model did you choose?

I have seen this technique years ago, I’m glad I was able to remember it. I was trying to do the stained glass over plastic but it wasnt giving me the effect that I wanted.
I was in disbelief when I saw how easy it was to print my son’s dino collection! I paid almost $100 for a bunch of those dinos at ToysRUs!

They did. I like their customer service. It took ages for them to finish explaining but my husband but he didnt mind. You could have seen the twinkle in his eyes! It was great that they had a newly opened store in our favorite mall. They gave me some free merch (tote bag, backpack, pens) to appease my crying wallet!
