First Visit to Rolife Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood WA!

Today I made it up to the Alderwood Mall to check out the in-person Rolife store. The first thing I saw was a huge Nanci outside, I knew I was walking in the right direction!

The store was both smaller and bigger than I expected, which I know doesn’t make any sense… the square footage of the space was surprisingly small but there were so many displays and shelves full of Rolife (and ROKR and Rowood) kits. I mainly went for the instant gratification instead of having to wait for shipping, but something I hadn’t thought about as a positive was that I was able to see the size of a lot of the models I’d only seen online. Some of the Miniature House models were smaller than I had thought, and others like the Super Creator were bigger than I pictured.

I ended up getting a Magic Study kit for my first DIY Miniature Dollhouse build (I decided to go with something Halloween-but-not-too-Halloween themed), and my first blind box figure, a Mystery Castle Suri. I opened her when I got home and found out I got the Countess! She’s adorable and I love her.

I’m not usually big on shopping malls but the store was very easy to get in and out of, I didn’t even have to go into the main mall building. It’s close enough (45 minute drive or so) that I might make it into a monthly trip, we’ll see!

I wish they had a crafting table in the store, where I could get a kit and then sit and build it right there! We might meet other crafters and new customers could see how the building process is. :green_heart:

That is a wonderful idea! Maybe they will consider that in the future

Vorrei tanto un negozio Rolife in provincia di Padova o Venezia!

You are so lucky to have a shop you can go to. It looks great.

How lucky to be able to visit an official store!

Lucky you :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: you got a pretty Suri, too

France is missing this kind of shop… The few Rolife retailers only sell the book nooks

Wowww , I really want to visit Rolife offline stores :smiling_cat_with_heart_eyes:

That sounds like such a fun visit!
