After 2 days working on this kit - on and off - I may or may not have gone cross-eyed trying to decode the cherry blossom placement from the instruction manual I just hope the way I understood and placed it won’t affect the rest of the attachments (like i hope i wouldn’t have to move things around especially those that I’ve already glued down).
I have not done this one but have done others with Sakura on it. Sometimes there will be little x’s or + signs on each piec you line up. Other times there will be a little tracing on the bottom piece that you align. Dont know if this helps!
@Gidge the Sakura Densya is already feeling personal, especially with the blossom placement adventure and your custom direction starting to take shape. The “little piece of spring” line is beautiful. Hope the next steps fit smoothly around the choices you already glued down.
@jeanneL that is a genuinely useful placement tip, especially the note about looking for tiny x or plus marks before committing the Sakura pieces. Those small guide marks are easy to miss when the blossoms all start blending together.
Sometimes you will see little white tracings. looks like part of a branch but it is for lining pieces up. This was really apparent in the Sakura tree house
