It was an interesting build for sure, quirky instructions and all. I had some assistance from a German gentleman, Lutz. He also built this and I fell in love when I saw his. It’s not expensive at all and plan on doing more of their kits. @Zoe_Lau
I need to add rubber bands to the drive wheels, my floor is so slippery. I’ll post a video soon
Wow! That looks really cool. Does it really work?
Yes it does…really work. Hahaha. I need to make a video today and I will post it. @Jill_Francisco thank you
Awh your very welcome ![]()
This looks amazing, and you’ve clearly put so much work into it over those four days. The painting really gives it so much personality too. Such a cool project, and thank you for sharing all the photos and the video!
How cool. Does the car actually drive? I love the lights in the kit.
Thanks kindly. Yes, it runs great. Just scroll up, I’ve posted a video. The headlights come on moving forward, & brake lights when in reverse. I had to put rubber bands on the drive wheels because of my slick wood floors. @Jerry_Boswijk
I missed the video will have a look. That is why all ugears models have rubber tyres of rubber in the grooves of the wheels else they will just spin like sliks
Thank you for taking a look. Happy you enjoyed the photos and video.
It was soooo much sanding; parts fit very tight. Broke a few but the right spares were provided.
Thanks for sharing that video! It’s so cool seeing the car moving. I’m sure some rubber bands will definitely help with grip.
You did an amazing job with it, especially with so much sanding involved. I’m glad they included the right spare parts too, because the final result looks fantastic ![]()
It looks so cool when it drives. ![]()
That’s awesome! I love how you can turn the headlamps on too!
You are my welcome
