Completion of the Pink Villa

It’s done. Finally. My pink Villa is completed.

There are a lot of really cool things in this kit. One of my favorites is the playground. I also love the blue light in the pool. I made my own light sconces for the exterior here using plastic tubing with black lace over them. I guess I used the piece meant for them to make one too many planters…oops.

I had my seam facing the front when I was finally able to get my light glued in place, so I painted lace pink and put it around the lampshade. Easy fix.

There are SO many little flowers but they were polymer clay so they were much better than making my own. They are beautiful too.

I really liked the looks of the kitchen and living area and the piano was a nice touch, too.

Last, but not least, the before and after. I made a LOT of changes on this one.

To all of you who helped me get through this long journey,
Flower Thank You GIF (1)

Absolutely stunning. After modification, there is still enough pink to be called the Pink Villa, but no longer ‘in your face everything is pink or white’.

I am in love with the checkerboard flooring. The blues you have used on the piano stool and other cushons really pop against the other colours of the model and is a beautiful shade of blue that compliments the pinks really well.

I love the black & white marbel of the kitchen benchtops and stairs. I also love the black & white bathroom wall your added. It gives privacy to the bathroom.

The exterior sconces are very effective.

Such a great job

Thank you very much. @chamelionboy Many of the fabrics were already included, but I did paint a lot of them to give them a brighter tone…while allowing the details to show through. I really appreciate you noticing so many details.

I really like the pink and black combination. I think it is far more striking than soft and cute like the original. You’ve done an awesome job as always.

This is exquisite, I would love to live here! The pool upstairs is so cool, and I love how you covered the lamp oopsy with lace. I think it looks charming. Your modifications look so chic. Well done!

I do too, it’s so classy. It’s come together so beautifully!

Thank you very much @Suzanne_Jones . I definitely love black, grey and white with pink. The other stuff they had was appalling to say the least.

Wow, this is absolutely stunning! You did such a great job with this build and it turned out amazing! There is so much detail packed into this house.

Woaw! It’s so nice! It’s the slide for me. Haha. Love it!!
