Yes, I noticed they changed the Nanci category and put Global DIY & Crafting in its place. I understand that meetups are growing, but it’s still a shame because Nanci had such a lovely space here.
And yes, I completely agree with you. It feels a bit sad for those of us outside the USA. Here, as you know, around Barcelona it’s really hard to find Nanci in physical stores unless you buy them online, because very few shops sell them in person. It’s a pity because they are absolutely adorable, and I think many people would love them even more if they could actually see them in stores.
I hope future celebrations can include online customers too, because there are many Nanci fans supporting her from different countries.

Well, given that the community is growing, they could create a new section instead of deleting one that a lot of people liked; I don’t think adding a new category would be that hard.

Exactly—take our case in Barcelona, for example; it’s already difficult enough as it is, and people often have to turn to the internet, so I don’t think it’s fair that online shoppers miss out on that perk.

Just this afternoon, I went online to check out Cutebee kits (I only own two from that brand), and I saw that they’re giving away free gifts to everyone who makes a purchase to celebrate their 10th anniversary! That’s exactly the kind of thing I’d love to see from Rolife and Nanci, too.
Honestly, it was a total stroke of luck, haha. I’d gone there to look at a kit someone in the community had bought from a Japanese shop, stumbled upon this instead, and thought, “Haha, this is exactly what I want Rolife to do!” XD

Yes, exactly! If I remember correctly, Rolife has done things like that before, but for their own brand anniversary, not specifically for Nanci’s birthday. I think that kind of gift with purchase would make a lot of sense for Nanci too, especially if it included online orders

Oh, really? I was late to the party on that one, haha. Since I first discovered it in Japan, I always used to wait until I was there to buy it! Haha, I was a bit slow to find the website—can you imagine?
It’s been around since 2019, and I only discovered it in 2025, hahaha.

We hear the two separate points in your post: Nanci deserves an easy-to-find home in the community, and collectors who buy online or outside the U.S. want birthday opportunities to feel fair too.
