For me, the biggest difference between brands is the quality of the wood and the pieces.
With Rolife, they turn out great; they hardly ever splinter, it rarely happens to me.
With this one, for example, I have to sand them all.

It has a steam function that you can add your favorite fragrance to.
I’m not even halfway through yet, I’m going a bit slowly, hehe.
Let’s hope it actually keeps working afterward, haha.
Because yesterday I did all the wiring and what a job!

And it takes about 12 hours to assemble, although at my pace it takes longer.

Yes, I contacted them as you said.
But my partner decided to fix it, haha, and we tried it and it worked perfectly.
