Yes indeed! My work is sometimes overwhelming and I need something to clear up my mind so I bring small kits to the office. One time I brought all the sheets that I need to cut just so my hands are still working even during lunch breaks and in between.

I need this to keep my sanity at work lol. sometimes it just gets so frustrating and overwhelming at work that I needed time to just sit and do my kit to relieve my stress.
