This miniature dental unit is a ready-made model that I purchased and carefully assembled. Although I did not design or manufacture the parts myself, the process of putting them together was still very enjoyable and meaningful for me.
As an orthodontist, I work with real dental units every day. Because of this, I naturally pay attention to details such as proportions, ergonomics, and the overall layout of the unit. While assembling this miniature, my focus was on placing each part in a way that reflects how a dental unit is actually used in a clinical environment.
For me, this miniature represents the connection between my profession and my interest in miniatures. Even when working with a ready-made kit, adding professional awareness and realism can change how the final piece feels and looks.
I wanted to share this model with the miniature community as an example of how professional experience can influence the way we see and assemble miniature objects, even when they are not custom-made.
