Wooden Bloom Box

Started my wooden bloom box tonight, this was my prize choice for last months leaderboard. I started with the sunflower and I love it so much!:sunflower:

I asked my little girls to choose what one i did next and miss 4 chose the lilac. I almost finished it before bedtime but not quite! Cant wait to work on this some more tomorrow!

Are the girls also helping you build?

Oh dear… that lilac was a tough one. I hope that when you pick it back up to finish it that you can find the exact spot you were working on. I thought I was going to go cross-eyed working on that one. It’s going to be lovely when done

You know….I think this kit would make a good group project. Like each person takes a different flower set.

They wander over and have a look and maybe do one or two pieces and then off they go again haha. They dont stop long enough to do much :joy: they are always on the go!

Im going to get my big girls to start thir marble run this week though! I have been waiting for them to both be home at the same time and it seems like that isnt happening much these days

Omg it was so tricky!!! I think i put a piece wrong but it didnt matter the one i had left fit anyway :joy::joy::joy: i left it at the part where its fully assembled you just get to add whatever flowers you want to it now, if i walked away at any step earlier it would have eneded up being completely pulled apart for me to start again i think :joy:

Yes! I had to watch every single minute that I was staring at the right spot and had it turned in the exact position it need to be. Definitely the hardest flower I’ve ever done. Glad you got it all put together well. @Nectarines

Ooohhhh… which marble run will your older girls be working on? Those are so much fun. I have decided to start on my Spaceport since I won’t be painting this one maybe it won’t take me forever @Nectarines

Thank you! Of course my 4 year old chose the hardest one  thats pretty typical of her honestly hahaha she doesnt like to do much the easy way :squinting_face_with_tongue:
