Wood Poinsettia - painting in process

I’m working on the Poinsettia…it takes much longer to build when painting it. I have been painting the edges of every piece. I also painted the center of the poinsettia yellow just like a real poinsettia would be. It’s amazing how much painting adds to the beauty of the build. I love the look of not having any brown wood edges. :pink_heart:

This is a nice kit painting always take 3x the times to complete but it is so fun.

If you want it completed on Christmas, you might consider starting it sooner. Painting it adds several hours to the build. Good luck and have fun!
