Do you have a pre-building routine?

I usually do my crafting/building in the mornings. I’d make a cup of coffee, do my morning prayer, check emails/do business stuff, play with the dogs, go to my hobby room and pull out some of my past projects to display on the windowsill right in front of my workbench, then I start crafting.

I love to do the last part as a way to appreciate my builds and all the hard work that I put into them while building something complex, like the Seahorse Barque.

Cute builds! No routine for me, I build when I have the time I have many other hobbies so I tend to swap my time up for whichever one needs the most work done Great question!

No routine for me, I’m doing this like an heretic, me on the carpet, the pieces on the wooden floor next to me, and just… full on “let’s go” XD

You have a nice routine. I never build in the morning, im oposite to you. Mostly late afternoon and through the night. This is my best time for creation. I’m more night active. But for sure you have a better daylight

You have a beautiful collection, and the view is amazing Since I build at the dining table, I always have to get all the supplies out. I grab the paint I need and wet a sponge under the tap, and then I can start building

I really love your hobby corner it’s so relaxing and that view is amazing!

I don’t have a routine though because I tend to my kids the whole day, especially on school days. I only get to work on a build once they are asleep.

Nice environment & accompany same as @Liset, I only build at my dining table which it’s the only place enough for me and like @Emma_Samchek, I’ve others hobby beside of crafting too, but most of time I like to sit on my sofa with my book Thanks for sharing

Great work. Enjoy that special routine time.
I don’t really have a set routine. My work schedule and university classes keep me quite busy, so whenever I have free time, I take advantage of it and build as many projects as I can. The only thing that makes me sad is that I cannot participate in all the events and special activities that come up in this group.
Time is always the challenge.

I’m into portrait and landscape photography, as well as drone/aerial photography and video. I hike, ski and sing . I’m also an amateur painter.
