HAHA! It’s funny that you mentioned paella. That was the only time I ever ate rabbit…with my ex’es Italian family. On another note, you mentioned chicken …and we have a processing plant here (for chicken) called Sanderson farms…I know, not an author but the two correllated with me.

I personally prefer the chicken over the rabbit by far, paella-wise speaking. But it’s all about personal taste and preference! It can even be made vegan-free if needed. Although that’s quite a… Boring? Paella, imo

cooked oysters - ok, raw oy sters - ukkkk, baked clams - good, chicken good,
Deer (venison) good, rabbit - not a fan. I found it more sweet, like lamb. Did not care for it but I did try!
I have had paella but not with rabbit

I last organised mine about a year and a half ago, and half since used up a couple of colours and they’ve been shedding the numbered stickers. It seemed like as good an excuse as any to invest in a new thread box and re-do it!
