It is such an exciting feeling to know that I am close to finishing this build after 2 months. I did have a break in December from this kit to do Xmas kits. But finally coming back to finish this.

Not sure if any of you remembered but I did mentioned that I misplaced the paper for the stairs design. And I’m so glad when I am close to finishing and found it stuck on the side of the box. Peww at least I don’t have to worry about it.

After 6 hours today and it’s finally complete. Adding the lights was challenging but also fun. The only downside about this kit is waiting for the glue to dry. It took 20 minutes for the glue to completely dry especially when I put up the tree. Because the trunk is big and I had to use a lot more glue so it takes longer to dry.

This kit is so charming and I love every bits of it.

Yaaay, congrats!! What a journey!! Two months well spent and it shows! This kit looks absolutely charming, and that “lost paper” moment was such a relief. The lights and the tree turned out beautifully… totally worth the glue wait. Amazing job, @Tricia12 :smiling_face:

I’m glad you found the missing paper and was able to finish it in the same day. I imagine the tree really needs to be stable so you need more glue for it.
