Wauw, some strokes are so tiny. You almost need a brush wih just 1 hair on it.

Haha it is a very tiny brush with a lot of hairs

Yes :face_holding_back_tears::clap: but even with the correct tool, you need a good control of it to have those results

Thanks @Nita_Davis, I painted them at first but they were so shaky, it took a while lol but it finally dawned on me to use a permanent felt tip pen, copic I think. So much easier

Hi @Liset yes I used a permanent felt tip pen, copic I think. I was trying to paint them but I couldn’t get a good line. It took me a while but I finally realised I could draw them in :joy:. Oh Liset if you could’ve seen my Christmas tree lol, I’ll get round to posting pics soon. I definitely messed it up a few times lol. But sandpaper, patience and paint were my best friend. Hopefully today I’ll get it done.

It looks really good. Some of the parts in my cuckoo clock I have to try a few different colours to get the one that I like too. But that is when I already paint it and realise I didn’t like it then change it.

you can learn by trying

@Liset I know some use those acrylic paint markers and I think you put up a pic of a very thin brush. Can you remind me what you use for paint?
