Update 2 on Emily's Flower shop

Twenty plants assembled and a few are a work in progress… I took a break from them today and started assembling some of the smaller pieces. I think I found something suitable for windows…

I know you are pretty creative so may not need to do this, BUT I found this helpful. If these flowers are based on instructions, I found it very helpful to line them up and put a small sticky note under each (like I did with Elsa’s)
Then when I was placing , it was easier to locate which one. If you go by looks, they all start to look alike after a bit!

I do recall your perfect organization on that step. It was awesome!! It’s a little late for me now.but I think I’ve got them figured out. I knew I wanted to do it like you had done but I didn’t. It is sometimes a bit harder when you have to move stuff for one house to another in the middle of a project @jeanneL

@Nita_Davis
Oh yes! I would agree that would be a challenge! I had all my gingerbread house stuff organized so I could work on each and then had to move it downstairs to work with grands. I carefull put things in bags and set next to the furniture it went on. My grandson came and thought he would look at everything and pulled out all the bags. No longer in order and organized! Uggg but oh well, we got through it any ways and all was well.

I love to see each pieces individually :star_struck: thanks to share

Twenty plants already? At this rate you’ll have a full jungle before the shop is even built! :joy:
Taking a break was a great idea — those tiny pieces can save your sanity. And ooh, your window solution looks very promising… can’t wait to see if it works!

I am again breaking all of the rules and going with my own building process. I don’t understand why they want you to add all of the stuff before putting all of the furniture in there. I just can’t …so I deviate… again… @Wenbare

So you’re a “build rebel” once again, I see  :joy:
I like your method. Keep breaking the “instructions-laws”, I fully support this crime :joy:

Wow. You have done an amazing job with those flowers. It’s really cute.

Looking so great! Its not the leaves or the flowers that i need a break from, its the wire, it hurts my fingers! I use plyers for some twists but i find i do a lot with my hands

Interested to know what you found to use for the windows!

This looks amazing! I love all the little plants you made, i havent even gotten this far  Ive been too distracted lately lol! Im excited for your updates in the future for this build, youre doing a phenomenal job!:heart_eyes:

Thank you very much @Emma_Samchek

Thank you so much @Nectarines . I am using the pliers a lot because I usually have some sort of lesions occurring near my fingertips. I think I am going to go ahead and use the book report covers as they are not too glossy

I am going to go ahead and use the book report covers as they are not too shiny @Jerry_Boswijk

@camila_castro … there is so much going on in this kit. I never dreamed it would be so much work but it’s all worth it in the end

At this point you have a good grasp of the builds and know what works for you so I say go for it.
