[Unboxing] Mail Day Alert : Aroma Toast Lab 🔔 🔔 🔔

so now my series is complete

this is a really strange day today, everyone is like euphoric after last nights game, we know we don’t have the best team, yes we do have a few oldies in our team, but hey they were there when they needed to be there an proved they still got it, it’s been a funny day seeing the Belgium team doing the YMCA song with the funny moves of a certain person done by the Belgium Red Devils, Lukaku can be so spot on sometimes with his jokes

it has also been a busy day, had to go with my daughter to University Hospital Ghent this morning for her monthly check up, still no operation date for her, the last few hours been in a waiting room in another hospital with my son, his operation is planned for September 2th

In a few days i have my daughter doing her theoretic driving exam, so that means driving her to that, so fingers crossed she gets her temperately driving license so i can teach her how to drive a car

@Sofie_Vanderbeken that is a nice kit every time k see it. Good luck! Your hands are busy and a new driver on the road?? Have fun with that lol when my daughter got her temp license I think I aged another five years :squinting_face_with_tongue:

@Grey74 to be really honest, not looking forward to the beginning of learning her how to drive, as i have mine for almost 40 years i had to take a 3 hours course to be allowed learning her how to drive, so husband did that course years ago when he learned how to drive our oldest son, sorry but the course was plane boring to be honest

i love driving but i am a hell of a passenger to be honest, i like to be in control myself in a car, this is going to take my relationship with my daughter to the test

@Sofie_Vanderbeken haha wow you have to take a test to teach? That’s different than here. Anyone who has a license just has to be in the car who is driving with a temp license. Be strong and patient. You can do this!

@Grey74 it was not a test, it was like a remember course of the rules and stuff, i didn’t have to do exam, but it is a 3 hour course and then you get like a permit for 10 years to be allowed to learn someone how to drive

Ahh I understand. :+1:t6:

@Grey74 so she can only drive with me or my husband, between specific hours (from 6AM to 10 PM) not over night, no others passengers allowed in the car than me or my husband

once she is 18 in march 2027 she can do practical exam, but she said she wants to drive a full year as a student first

@Sofie_Vanderbeken wow that is so different than here lol. At least she wants to take her time and learn instead of just jumping in and going for it!

so the temporary agency called her up late afternoon and she can start a student job next 2 weeks at my husbands working place, so it’s a bit strange hours so i don’t want her to bike to there, so husband and i working out a shared driving plan now because working hours are not like husbands work hours, so i will drive her to there by 2 PM every day and husband will get her back at 10 PM every day, second week we still need to think how we will organize it then

@Jo1 think i am a overprotective mother, and i don’t like her on her bike alone late in the evening taking small paths without street lights, sure not after her bike accident half September last year when she got back from school, they had to take her to hospital with the ambulance after a car hit her, gosh i never want to have such a phone call anymore, she broke her arm then and her bike was a mess, she had an open knee, since then my heart just stops every time she is taking her bike, so if she goes to a friends house i made a rule, she sends me a text message when she arrived

@Sofie_Vanderbeken oh godness hun

@Jo1 i didn’t have any problem when my oldest son did that, it will maybe sound strange but i am like overprotective her being a girl being alone on her bike late at night, yes that might sound strange, somehow i feel girls are more likely being victims and vulnerable of strange people alone late at night
