It really was. The traffic and the 12k steps are worth it.
I took my time looking at the kits. It was my first time to see this book nook and I definitely want it.
Mother in law wanted to try building a flower so I bought her a sakura.

I love using that exact excuse. And my kids are in their early 30s, lol!!! 
That sounds like such a fun trip despite the traffic! Of course the Robotime booth had to be your first stop. 
The prices may have been a little higher, but finding two older kits definitely made the trip worth it. And what a lovely bonus getting to meet a fellow community builder in person! So nice to see you there, sis!
