May depend on what country. Mine took less than a week. but sometimes they ship within the US so no customs issues
It was only a little more than a week after I filled out the form before the customization kit arrived. 
Hey should I be expecting my kit to be in a package form or like a box. I’m assuming it would be a box because the kit is a clear container. At first when I seen the kit conents they were out and then I seen pics of the container with contents in it so I’m just confused as to what to expect

I did not open mine since I wasnt home but it looks like it came in the plastic box and was wrapped in their usual grey plastic mailer

I live in the United States specifically Arizona
so hopefully will get about a week after completing form!

I just filled out the info for my free kit. Started working on the clay pieces today for the haunted loft. Can’t wait to see the kit.
