The bird on my Cuckoo Clock doesn't sound and move :(

Hii guys ;n;

Yesterday I noticed that the chime of my cuckoo clock doesn’t sound anymore :frowning:

The lights, the clock itself, and the pendulum are all fine! But I don’t know what’s the problem with the bird :disappointed_face:

I’ve already tried reconnecting all the wires, but nothing changed. When I press the switch, the bird mecanism makes a ticking noise (I hope you guys can hear it in the video :sob:)

Does anyone have any idea what might have happened and how can I fix it? :c

When you turn it on, the power seems to be flickering. Are you sure the battery still has charge?

Hello! Could you please try removing the battery and powering the device only via USB, then test to see if the problem still persists?

it usually is the battery that died. use usb power only

It usually fixes itself when there is enough power. So using usb-C cable generally fix the issues.
