The Sakura Dream Tour is lovely!!! I haven’t built any of the ones you’re showing, but I have built the Seahorse Barque and I really enjoyed it. I’d definitely recommend that one if you’re looking for a fun ROKR build. It was a great experience!

Since you have the SeaHorse may I entice you to her distant cousin the Titanic hehe? 
I can’t choose a favorite between the London travel marble run and the space shuttle because both are just amazing kits. As far as watching them in motion, I find the London travel marble run just fascinating.
From the ones presented I would recomment the spaceshuttle.

These are all nice choices! The gramophone looks really pretty, so I’m voting for that one even though I haven’t built it 
I have seen many of the members build the London Marble run and it’s absolutely stunning. Mine will be in the way too.

I havent built any but I would choose the gammaphone personally! It just appeals to me the most

From the photos you shared, I would make the gramophone. I think this one looks the best. I haven’t made the other two yet. I still have the space shuttle in stock ready to be made.
I am torn between Space Shuttle and the London Marble Run. But if I let my son choose, he would definitely choose the London Marble Run because he loves anything with balls or marbles
