Sunshine town finished

The struggle had ended finally haha. When putting the walls together they didnt line up like they should. I had to use a lot of force and glue to keep it together. When pushing i snapped the middle support for the roof and i was ready to throw it in the trash. I love rolife dyi houses but this book nook was not for me. I also made arcade dating and that was far better quality. Book nooks from fifijoy do still have my preference for nooks. The positive note of the day was i got to order the manta ray for the oktober leaderboard win and i won the mystery price. Very excited to not now what they will send me. I will have enough kits to last to the end of the year haha. Hope to start the book nook for my colleague this weekend

Despite your struggles, its a really nice finished product! It looks really great and your photos capture it well.

Congratulations on your prize wins! I look forward to seeing your next book nook for your colleague! Is it for their birthday?

No he got a new job. He will become a assistant for a detective squad somewhere else. That is why i chose the detective agency theme.

Oh wow yeah thats a really nice idea, what a perfect gift! :ok_hand::heart_eyes:

Thank you

Oh wow, what a rollercoaster of a build! It’s such a shame when the pieces don’t align properly — I can imagine the frustration. But hey, congrats on your leaderboard win and the mystery prize! That’s such a great way to end the day on a high note. Can’t wait to see your next build!

This build gave you a lot of struggles, but it looks fantastic. It’s a shame a part of the roof broke, couldn’t you glue it back together? Good luck with your next build; I’m sure your colleague will love it.

Excellent job! Congrats on your win of the mystery prize. That’s always so cool because you never know what you’re going to get. I think one time they did tell me what was coming when I got the space shuttle as a mystery gift

I tried but it was very unstsble and the tip that goes in the other side gut stuck and when i got it it fel apart and i couldn’t repair it. So I glued it to the roof as i was done with it haha

Well it turned out nice! I may have been frustrated as well and thought about ending that build. I have done 2 booknooks and the first went pretty well. The second, I had a couple of challenges. I was afraid I was going to break a few things. I remembered what you said, stopped, and sanded. then glued into place. But yea I was a little nervous. I think I enjoy the rooms better as I have more forgiveness and room to work
