The endless gold mine, a Disney license. One for each princess, show, movie, character, whatever. It would be printing money.
I have a suggestion @robotime that may be useful for new crafters to assemble the Alice in Wonderland kit.
My Alice wasn’t in a wonderland as dressing her up with her skirt was such a nightmare.
I have spent a whole evening to try making fit the top and the lower part. And I had almost brocken Alice’s leg. As I couldn’t fix perfectly Alice’s dress, and since this default was a little bit visible, I had cheated by sticking a part of white plastic bands furnished with the kit
.
@Rodotime, would it be possible to use another kind of plastic that could be a little bit more malleable for future kits in this situation please ?
In my case, that’s too late. My Alice is already used to her plastic belt but this could be easier for next crafters.
Cheers
I would love to see this Paris Boullion in Art Deco style as a build, even though making the furniture would be a very tough job. I think it would look splendid when finished
@Robotime @Robotime id love more disney characters….. also more 2 storey builds ….. and a whole miniture christmas village would be perfect oh with some iceskaters ![]()

@helga, I know this place but I have never eaten at this place. You’re right, it’s a luminous place immerses you into the atmosphere of the Roaring twenties (« Les années folles »).
Have you already eaten in this restaurant?
That would be a good for me when I’ll go in Paris.
@Nan-Si I agree Alice was a nightmare for me ! The skirt oh dear she just wouldn’t fit and I broke her! I think she needs to be made with different material ! Xxx
Cinderella’s story would be a good idea, her dancing with her Prince Charming. We could add the magic fairy. But where to put her carriage (which could be great painted in shiny grey and blue colors
)?
And forget all the mice and birds helping her to dress
! No need to make a copy and paste of the Disney movie. They are just useless
.
I’ve got the little pumpkin that reminds me Cinderella story. I would have loved to paint the carriage in shiny grey, white and blue and red seats.
Unfortunately, it’s too late. Next time, I will paint the pieces before as @Nita_Davis advises me.
I could still paint/varnish wood of my violin and my little gramophone.
Why not turning in wood
? Just kidding.
@Robotime the Flower Lady needs something like this for her flower garden (AI generated picture)
And, since this theme really inspires me, another story which could be worth building is the snow queen inspired from the book of Hans Christian Andersen or the Disney one.
I love fairy tales
.
I have never used AI to bring a drawing in life @Sofie_Vanderbeken.
Maybe I should try once.
@Nan-Si Lets just say I’m not an expert at it neither, usually I ask AI the wrong questions
I’ve got the same one. It’s a quite easy, unless you’re like me and tried to add a part of the bridge which is, off course, built upside down.
I was so scared to break this model but happily, I could have finished safely
.
This is how I picture it! Others have done many beautiful colors and it ends up looking wonderful! But my mind always went to when I watched Cinderella growing up and that was YEARS ago
I can’t recall if I showed you mine ? @Nan-Si
@Nan-Si I did not eat in this one, it’s the most extravagant at Montparnasse, but I did eat in the Bouillon Chartier at Grand Boulevards, this picture here under. It was a wonderful experience, they write down the orders on the tablepapers, don’t take it with them but you get exactly what you ordered. You might get other people at your table, they use every place. That can either be no problem because everybody sticks to their own company or you might end up in a very interesting conversation, meeting other people. And the prices are twice nothing.
We are going to Paris in a couple of months again with friends and we definitely will go eat there again! They have to experience that too!
I don’t think I have seen
