I’m stucked in the second testing. Initially I pressed the switch and nothing happend but i could ear arms motor trying to move, of course arm was in closed position. So I unplugged the Power cable, i moved the arm manually in open position, plugged Power cable back and pushed the switch, now everything worked fine, but the arm moves backwards! So the arm close instead of opening, than the slide goes down e stop, pressing the switch again made the slide rise and then the arm opens.
I’m sorry I can’t be much help personally, as I haven’t built this kit myself. I see that @CustomerService has already been tagged, so hopefully they can guide you and help you sort this out soon.
If you can, uploading a short video of the issue might really help them (and others) see exactly what’s happening and give more accurate advice. Fingers crossed it’s an easy fix and you can get back to enjoying the build!
I Will upload a video showing the wrong movement of arm.
PS:
I’ve been able to temporarily (just for testing) invert motor 1 white and yellow cables with two flying wires and now everything works as expected. I really think motor Is wired backward or there Is something wrong in the control unit
