Sneak Peek @Elsa's

I have almost completed all of my tiny little building stuff. Just a few more things left to do and I haven’t even started working on my dress yet but progress is good. I even painted my lace so that it would be bright white in order to match the rest of the stuff that I painted in snow white.

Thank you very much @Liset Still a bit undecided on color so I am doing the dress last.

Oh! Black and white is a very bold contrast I like it! Have you got a theme in mind?

Thanks! I just like the two colors together. I thought about red as my third color but it just wasn’t going to work with some of the other things that I kept original. I really wanted to do pink instead of lavender, but that didn’t work well either. I just wanted it to appear to be very upscale…but also very modern. Exactly what a renovation is…making something that looks old appear newer. @JDisaduck

Wow. black is so special

I was hoping to for this one, I haven’t really planned what yet except that I wanted to use some special fabrics I have for the dress and the fabric pieces. Your progress is very inspiring for me

I only wish that I had changed a lot of the fabrics as well…but it’s very hard to find such small patterns…especially when you only need a 4 by 4 square piece…I wasn’t willing to spend a lot of money on fabrics…LOL! @Nectarines

Haha yeah I for sure wouldn’t have done that, I know it’s too late now but a local craft group might have a quilter or seamstress who would give you fabric scraps! I used to sell bags of fabric scraps that I had leftover for applique years ago. I have lots of fabric because I used to sew a lot so luckily for me I have that on hand!

Great work! It’s looking very modern!

Ah yes I get what you mean! It would be pretty neat if you end up revamping all the fabric as well but I think that’s going to be a major renovation!

I won’t be doing that… only the dress will be different. Fabric is no longer cheap and I only need such tiny pieces @JDisaduck

You’ll definitely get inspiration for the dress. Maybe when everything is finished, you’ll be able to see clearly what color it should be.

I am working on it now @Liset I had two different ideas and finally chose one….because of materials on hand.

Ohh i’m very curious! but I’m sure it will be amazing when you make it :star_struck:

You are a real master of creation witg the ways you redisign kits.
