Slide doesn’t work on Shuttle

During the 2nd test the slide wouldn’t perform, with the gears turning “out “one second and then “in” another. The”arm” and light string were fine during the test.

Did you instal the c14 part? It tabs the other switch to make everything to go back to their original position

Based on the normal operating mechanism of the product, when the landing gear is retracted, it should press down the T3 switch, and the landing gear will stop moving at that moment.

However, according to your video, the landing gear does not stop, which indicates that the T3 switch may not be properly pressed.

A common cause is:
:wrench: Part C14 may not be installed correctly or may not be fully in place, so when the landing gear retracts, it cannot press the T3 switch.

We kindly suggest you check the following:

  1. Confirm whether part C14 is correctly installed and secured.
  2. Try manually moving the landing gear to see if it can press the T3 switch properly.

If possible, please send us a photo or a short video, and we will assist you further with the troubleshooting.

Thank you for your patience and support. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

During the 2nd test the slide wouldn’t perform, with the gears turning “out “one second and then “in” another. The”arm” and light string were fine during the test.I am now convinced that the slide is to tight . I have waxed it liberally and can barely make it slide by forcing it along.Im afraid to keep forcing it this way.

We’re sorry for the trouble with your product. Could you please send us a short video showing the issue? Our team will check it and, if needed, send you free replacement parts.

If it’s an assembly problem, we’ll guide you through the steps.

I must force the mechanism to move . Something is keeping it from sliding freely. Maybe it doesn’t slide freely while attached to the shaft of the motor?

If the motor and cog are connected you cant move it freely. Did it move freely before the cog and motor were connected?

The opening and closing of the T2 and T3 switches control the extension and retraction of the landing gear and robotic arm.
Therefore, if either one fails to function, it indicates that the switch is not being triggered properly. In this case, please check whether the switch is being fully pressed.
