The fake mass and other items can be found at dollar stores. The best place to find these kind of items is hobby lobby or some other store that sells these kind of items. This is a still work in progress, but will be finishing this weekend and adding the LED lights into the branches. I am open to any other ideas to add in.

I’m actually building this kit right now, although I’m not as far along as you are

My idea is very similar to yours: I want to add more realistic-looking grass and some cute lights I already have ready. At most, I might add a plant or two if I feel it fits, but honestly, I think that might be too much and wouldn’t quite match the overall look.
You’re doing a great job, keep it up!

Your work looks amazing! You can also change the decorations based on the season — for Christmas, you could place tiny gifts or stockings under the tree.
