Tipsy Restaurant is done! What a great kit! So much detail and little things. I only had one mishap early on and that was because I was jiggling the chair to get the bottom brace to lock into the chair legs -crack! The good news is I was able to fix the leg and you cant tell.
I ended up painting a bit. Lots of edges and some furniture. I took the groups advice and painted the red cabinet as well.
I am loving this so much! I tried to get a few angles so you could see. I did not glue Teddy diwn because he will want to visit other places with his new friend!
I literally spent all day yesterday and today on it. I took a short break to make some cookies but then right back at it. I dont have little ones around anymore so it makes it a bit easier to do this!
This turned out awesome! The trim on your red cabinet also turned out really good! Great job!! Glad to hear that you didn’t glue teddy down so he has the freedom to visit all his new friends!
Yes, that’s right. Let’s enjoy the process and not rush. That’s why I usually assemble models more slowly than other model enthusiasts I know. But no problem. That doesn’t matter at all.
Thanks! This had so many little things Wendy that I just loved making it
And as for Teddy and friends,I know we get silly dont we?! I cant resist and I know some of you understand!
It turned out beautiful! I love the black trims you made. I understand that you didn’t glue Teddy down, I hope Nanci and Teddy have fun adventures together
