Making minitures is a nice way to unwind from the day.

I’ve had trouble with wood warping too in the past. Everything looks good. The black furniture looks very stately.

Thank you. I’m super happy with how colorful it is.

If you end up doing one, I would love to see how it goes for you. And what pattern you will choose. :open_mouth:

I would definitely love to give it a go but maybe something small
Some of the Rolife kits required painting and it wasn’t my strong suit

Believe it or not, painting isn’t really my strong suit either. I think anyone can improve with more experience. It has gotten a little easier for me at least.

Was it you who gave me tips on wire pieces? I think it was. I have actually used some of your suggestions all ready. Like using a flat surface to straighten.
It’s been less frustrating for me to work with.

It looks beautiful. Enjoy building. I kinda felt like that sometimes after coming back from work I just wanted to have a quiet time and enjoy building.

Aww I don’t think it was me but that’s a tip that I use as well.
I do find using a flat ruler to roll the wires on a surface straightens it nicely - like rolling dough.

So true! I think many of us here are introverts and enjoys the peace of building.

I’ll have to try that too.

After I built it then I went and display it in the shop where I work so people can see it. It is one way for me to help promote and share my experience with the community.
