This is the Special Edition “Cherry Blossom Garden” DIY kit.
This is the nicest DIY miniature kit I’ve ever seen. This kit truly earns its ‘Special Edition’ title; the quality of the materials are noticeably superior. The paper, the paint, packaging, the tree, the flower materials, everything in the kit is elevated in some way. And that is in addition to the special edition Nanci Vinyl.
These are all furniture pieces that I have built so far. There is still a lot more elements to this kit yet to be done.
I believe this instrument is called a Guqin or Chinese Zither.
This is the second time that I made a miniature Guqin. I think this one turned out a lot nicer. It kind of makes the first one look bad.

This string is very thin. It takes patience to get it to lay straight.
Not sure if I’m happy with the handles. I may change them later.
Several furnature pieces get painted with gold highlights. I really like the way the gold looks.
Here is the open box, you can see the Nanci vinyl figure has its own package.
Here is a great example of the elevated quality of this kit. Look at this premium embossed gold paper. It’s so beautiful.

I think she is called the Sakura Fairy Nanci. I believe she is exclusive to this kit.

You and I appear to be in a similar spot. This kit takes time.(which I love) I’ve been working on it for about a week.

It is difficult to get the handles to look uniform. I could also hide the imperfections with flowers from the tree.

Wow! You’ve started making this kit. I’m so inlove in its design but I think it’s a hard kit to build. It needs more patience in each part of furnitures. You’re doing great so far and has a lot of progress already.

This kit is one of the old style kits. You make almost everything from scratch. I have seen a simpler version of this kit. I’m happy to have the more challenging version, though. I’m even excited about the tree.
Yes. I admire your patience in doing those kind of kits even your customization. You also make your post extraordinary too by featuring your little models in there.
