hahah not this one I was too far into the build before deciding I’ll try customising. I’ve got an older kit coming in the mail so I think I’ll customise that one instead.
It sounds really frustrating 
maybe it’s something with the older kits… hopefully the simons coffee lounge I’m about to start is all good!

Fingers crossed for you. They can be a pain to work with because I’ve never been able to get them 100% flat.

Thanks hehe! They were a lot worse lol but I managed to flatten them for the most part. Was scared I would end up snapping them lol.

Maybe I think the Christmas sets are so pretty but if my wallet has to choose I’ll have to prioritise the non Xmas ones. 
There are many nice kits that are not so pricey. It’s small and pretty
If she starts using treads tell me and I’ll have my colleagues arrest her haha

I love the wooden floor. I haven’t experienced any warping of the wood yet. But the kits I make are from ROKR and have large panels that are sealed very tightly. I think this also keeps the wood straight. I’m looking forward to see the rest of the progress

Thank you Liset! I actually finished this tonight. I think you’re right it’s the individual pieces that are usually warped and it’s almost impossible to fix. 
But this might be something that’s been fixed in newer kits if they use different wood.
