Here is a kit that makes me feel cozy and reminds me of my mother, a simple garden room covered with a canopy of Wisteria, warm lights, earth and blooms surrounding my senses. This is where i truly feel at home
She worked 3-4 jobs at a time to raise a family, and I am forever grateful for her- for not only giving me life, but by making sure I am cared for. She made sure her children ate before she did, she is the woman I strive to be.
I am lucky to have lived and know this lifetime and have a mother like her.
Side note: She is currently travelling in Asia and this is what she sent me last night…
Your mom is the very definition of a mom. Will do what needs to be done to care for her family, yet takes a moment to relax, and yet remembers her children with little things like stopping in Rolife! So many roles she fills.
@Atropex ahahaha yeah she’s thoughtful like that she also stopped at Popmart to get me few knickknacks. We are from Canada too so she is really enjoying the warmer weather overseas
@SunnyCee She’s actually bringing that through her carry-on when she comes home next month I don’t know about those events actually but she is Thailand soon to go somewhere else
@Jerry_Boswijk Thank you for the kind words, little did I know, I would miss my father more and more every year. As i got older (I was 4 when he passed) I felt his absence year by year. However, I am lucky to have a strong mother and amazing siblings.
She got me the Sakura Dreamy Tour Music Box. It’s been in my wishlist and so excited to finally get to make it one day!
I don’t know if they do lucky bags in Thailand but they do them in Japan. At the end of the year all the brands make mystery bags of their unsold stock from the year before. People sometimes get really good deals especially if it’s a brand that you like a lot. People will even wait in line for hours from certain brands.
What a beautiful tribute to your mom, she sounds absolutely extraordinary. Her strength, love, and dedication shine through every word. And the Rolife store photo? Truly a queen move!
@Wenbare thank you so much for the kind words, everyone is so sweet here, truly grateful for having miniatures enthusiasts here that are also compassionate I was surprised she remembers I love the Rolife kits, she’s always been thoughtful. She would always bring home Pasalubong (gifts) when she travels.
Your mom is amazing as well! I cannot imagine how difficult that can be. It is obvious that she must have done a fantastic job because you seem pretty good to me!
And the lamb ears are always a must at any spas
