Have you seen a Croquembouche tower? It usually comes with a sugar spun… I tried using glue to copy the effect and it’s not looking so cute… LOL I used 3in1 Beacon very stringy…

@JDisaduck I only knew about croquembouche is because I am from Canada and french is our second language and I have seen my fair share of the dessert around my city

If you enjoy this kind of fine sugar-thread style, I’d love to recommend a Chinese dessert called Basi Sweet Potato. 
It’s coated in crispy sugar strands with soft sweet potato inside, which is my favorite! Also great inspiration for dessert-themed creations!
