Testing acrylic marker for definitions. Stumbled this in my local shop in Nu Sentral mall.
Defined the Showing Cabinet with it, while colored the surface of Earl Grey tins and 3tiered Cake.
Bonus video : A friend leaving and gifted me a flying axololt toy for farewell gift whilst I’m figuring out the Electronic Component

Thank you! I’m glad the paints work okay-ish
The paint still easily chipped on plastic surface whenever I move it harshly by my fingers, figured the acrylic marker it is much better as defining details.

People advised me to sand the plastic surface before painting, saying it would improve adhesion.

Aw cutie toy.
What will you name him? Did you use a paint + marker to color the furnitures?
I painted the plastic couch in the A-frame. I was told to sand it, rough up the surface. This really helped. I also found the bottles of acrylic worked better to begin with. Make sure you let it completely dry between coats.

and that axolotl is the cutest! My little girls are obsessed with the pink axolotl song right now, have you heard it?
Your axolotl is so cute!
How did you find the markers on wood?
Foreal bless you and your girlss. I genuinely thought all axololt are pink

On wood : Thick wise it seems it depends on the color itself. Some softer color I can see subtle lines of the paint, then the bright-semi-fluorescent like ones below is good.
I think generally still NEED more coating than acrylic paint in tube/tin. It is definitely good in defining (+ cheap in physical store of my country!) so I will repurchase it in future

Pink and look soft with those little blue wings ~~ so cute!
As for what you mentioned about the paint coming off easily if you press hard with your finger on the plastic surface, I think this mini-class post might help you: it covers different painting effects and tips, and I also referenced another user’s examples of various finishes. Hopefully it’ll be useful for you!
