I have finally finish my Sakura Bonsai. I love the wooden flowers. It looks so pretty.

This bonsai tree doesn’t have any leaves at all as most Sakura tree when in blooms. However, mine was a little different, it has leaves and flowers at once. So I decided to cut the tissue paper that I had left from building Honey Ice Cream shop.
I cut it in the shapes of the leaves and glued them on to the tree. Was having a few Sakura flowers left so I ended up glued a few onto the tree as well.

After the tree is done, I have a thought of wanting my pheonix fly around the Sakura tree using AI. However, it didn’t really turn out the way I wanted.

What do you all think?

Thanks @ThaoNguyen . This is relatively quick to build. Even cutting up the leaves doesn’t take long for me. Took me 2 hours. I spend 1 hour each day to build it.

Your sakura tree is beautiful and leaves gave it a more realistic feel. I have bought this kit for myself and I’m still waiting for it to arrive.
The phoenix surrounding the tree is a nice touch

Yeah I thought it would look nicer with the leaves. Free hand cut with the scissor so it’s all different sizes. :grin:
