So I got to the next stage of building my tilt-a-whirl and I’m almost there. I had fun painting some more.

So the part that meant to go in the middle I painted it gold. Then after I saw the completed build from @ThaoNguyen, I was like how come mine doesn’t have the stars details.
So I take the top part out and examine. And Ofcourse I had it upside down. This is what happen when trying to build at 2am.
I had a good laugh at myself, oh my goodness.

So here it is when I paint it.

Very nice work on the details! I feel your pain on the upside down part. Some nights, I am crafting WAY past my bedtime…LOL!

It turned out absolutely gorgeous! I love the colors together, and I love how you make the little details stand out so much :star_struck:
Luckily, you discovered your mistake in time. Maybe you should go to bed a little earlier :zany_face:

Not sure. It not a model that is high on my list. Today i bought 2 of the old kits where you have to do everything yourself. I like those and the newer technical kits like the coffee cafe that is coming soon.
