Hello all. The system worked during the test phases. It comes down smoothly but it will not retract; It moves for half a second and then reverses. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance.
Did you put the c14 part in the part that slides out? Is needed to be able to retract. The part pushes the switch that is placed between the part that slides out
I did it guys!!! Don’t mind doggo puffing in the background! You have no idea how excited i am!!
Thank you to everyone who reached out and tried helping me ![]()
Congratulations. I’m glad your problems have been resolved.
Did you find out what the problems was? Congratulations on solving it.
One of the mechanical things wasn’t working properly so Rokr sent me replacements on all mechanical parts. I pulled it apart and rebuilt it with the new parts and it worked ![]()
Oke must feel good to know it wasnt something you did wrong haha
@mell
There was a suggestion from Customer Service!
strong textMy shelf goes out but I can’t get it to come back in. It starts but then starts to go out again. It looks like you were able to solve the problem. Any hints?
Are the top part of the beams that push out the shelf mounted in the correct way? Else putting in the c14 part also helps.
We’re sorry for the trouble with your product. Could you please send us a short video showing the issue? Our team will check it and, if needed, send you free replacement parts.
If it’s an assembly problem, we’ll guide you through the steps.
how did you get thd part under the rocket to light up? i’m having a problem with that
If the spaceshuttle goes back in again and the arms close again then the light should go on after that if all the wires are connected correctly.
If the testing process has been fully completed but the lights do not respond, this is most likely due to an electronic component failure, with a small chance of being caused by assembly issues. To help us quickly identify the cause, please provide a complete video of the testing process.
I had the same problem then realized that a switch was showing on when it was off… look inside the middle access (rocket side) of the launcher and you’ll see the gear and switch for the gantry actions… it had slidden up when I turned over the project to work on something and it slide so there was no action on the gantry switch… use the small screwdriver to depress the switch and some thin tweezers to push the gear back down… bam it worked.
Hi, I am having the exact same problem as you Mell. It is extending fine but not retracting.
How can I solve this?
Please try moving F10 upward. A possible reason is that the T3 switch is not being properly pressed and closed by F10.
I have completed the model and it seems work except the light under the rocket does not come on. It was working during earlier testing. I have attached a video. Also, once it flattens out then I press the button again and it goes into launch mode, it doesn’t work again unless I turn the power off.
It suddenly started working. Any idea what the problem might have been?
