Robotime came through with the power plug female connector in about 2 weeks, I really appreciate it. Thankfully that was the only issue. Power plug is easier to insert on this one, so feeling optimistic about the longevity.
I was afriad I damaged the other wires having to remove them twice. Good news, those little wires are pretty durable, even if you slip with the pliers while trying to remove them, and clamp down on the wire a little 
.
So I decided to make use of the wood glue I had bought for this project. I used the wood scraps for the modifications. I had an idea since I dont have any wood cutting tools, to just use this heavy duty wire cabel cutter I had. Google recommended against it, and I dont recommend it either lol. It got the job done with minimal wood dust tho, although a little rough around the edges. I sanded them a little.
The dragons nostrils ended up a little larger than intended, but thats wire cutters cutting wood for you 
. If you cut too small it would split the wood pieces.
I was gonna have a tooth for each side, but the way the track curves I was unable to , so he gets two side teeth😁.
