For me rustoleum does a good job and dries super fast and no running marks if you do it right. I might take a video of it when I do the seahorse.
It does dry fast, but you have to spray it outside. The fumes are toxic. I have a paint respirator @Tricia12

Yup, spray paint has helped in speeding up the paint and you can still use acrylic over it as well. I used that style for the Victorian lantern.
My acrylics dry fast enough that I can paint over them in the same amount of time as what it takes for a recoat time on oils… @Terranoir123
