Well it’s the start of the week and Frankly I was getting impatient because I soooo want to talk about my favorite kit.
QUICK DISCLAIMER: THIS IS MY FAVORITE KIT SO I’M QUITE BIASED WHEN IT COMES TO IT BE AWARE OF THAT
I actually assembled my factory back in oct? Nov? Something like this but again didn’t post about because procrastination and adhd and… 
anyyyyyyyways leggooooo!! But before that here she is in all her glory 
First things first: what I loved about this kit:
To he honest everything, starting with how detailed the tutorial book (idk what they’re called) specially when it points out the potential mistakes you may have done when the electricity isn’t running through the parts correctly I truly loved that, a thoughtful segment
but if I had to point out my favorite details it’d be these parts:
1.My most beloved Elves (I had such fun tracking them down to film them)
And my most favorite one of them the sleepy boy
This made me realize that I should’ve snapped a picture of each one of them individually before putting them in their places 
2.The fireplace with the sleepy baby in it ❥
- The rotating gifts
Again I really should’ve taken a picture of them beforehand
4.The ornaments on the tree 
5.The smallest ever start on top of the tree
- The windows with the snowflakes on them (smudged with my fingerprint) ❆
7.The fact that the kit came with all tools necessary: a screwdriver, a scissor and a nail clipper (that I couldn’t take a picture of because mom stole them saying they were the perfect travel size and such high quality )
Now to what I didn’t like:
Nothing, zero, nada because as I said it’s my favorite kit ever and I’ll not be hearing or saying anything bad about it,yes i’m biased like that, thank yew
On to the difficulties that I faced:
1.It was mainly the covering parts (the ones that cover the gears or the electricity parts or even the smaller compartments) taking me too long to snap them into their places which were covered up by other pieces which meant I had to take on multiple povs (if that makes sense) to finally be able to place them correctly
2.The rotating gifts not working till I checked the book and found my mistake
3.Me reaching a flow state and zoning out while assembling and actually snapping some parts in the wrong direction and having to re-do them after realizing

Honestly, I truly can’t put into words how much I adore this I kit and how much I enjoyed the difficulties that I faced while assembling it or the time I spent on it, even the challenge it presented (which is the main reason why it’s my favorite set), but most importantly I enjoyed bragging about it to my family after I was done with it because I was so proud of myself (I kid you not the first thing my mom said after I was done bragging was: I wish you’d be as enthusiastic about your studies as much as you’re about this…) yes I did the walk of shame after that reality check
So final rating? A most magnificent 10/10

Now after all of this, imagine my reaction after I find out that this baby has a sister called coffee factory and it’s already released in china
Yes this was legitimately my reaction after finding out and I’LL NOT BE APOLOGIZING FOR THE TYPE OF PERSON I’LL BECOME ONCE I GET MY HANDS ON THIS KIT, well it’ll take a long time since even taobao doesn’t ship my country (my country:1, me:0 
)

Today’s bonus:
I actually won this set again in the fb giveaway and since it was a shame that it’d just gather dust in the box + my friends birthday was coming up and she mentioned before that she loved my kits when I showed them to her so I gave it to her as a bday present and guess what:
She completed it in 4days and it’s her first ever kit (I created a monster apparently)
So she’ll be joining the community in the next few days (she actually joined when the round 1 of christmas giveaway was running to like my post ik I’m shameless ) and hopefully she’ll enjoy it
So mission recruit more minions: completed with success
