As some of you know i and @Niels_Tempel went to the meet up of @Liset last Saturday. I picked up niels about 11 o’clock and then we had a 1,5 hour drive to the meet up. We had enough time to talk and get to know each other. We almost missed the start of the meet because of a traffic jam, but luckily we got there 2 min before the start.
I got lucky and build the london bus. I will give it to a friend of mine who is a bus driver in our own city and he really loves his job.
As a gift from niels i got a small ww2 tank from revell to build and paint so after i finish Henry’s chocolade shop that will be my next challenge. It is smaller then the palm of my hand so it is gonna be a challenge.
I really enjoyed meeting you! You made the bus beautifully, I’m sure your friend will love it! It was so sweet of @Niels_Tempel to give you this gift. I’m really curious about your experience.
That’s so awesome that you and Niels got to meet and also go to Liset’s meetup! Super nice of Niels to do that for you, but I know you have also been generous with him! You guys are so nice!
Hey I’m glad you guys got to meet and had a great afternoon! That’s a lovely gift. It does look small and challenging but I’m sure you’ll be up to the task!
That’s great that you spent time with @Niels_Tempel. How kind of him to gift you the tanks. Maybe you might include them in your diorama?
I do hope that Niels is ok. I’ve missed seeing him around.
Wow! From the way you’ve described the Revell kit, it sounds like it’s a hard kit but it sounds interesting. I’m curious to see how small it is when you’re done. Btw did you attend as a participant in Liset’s meetup? I think you had a lot of fun and it’s thoughtful that you will give the London Tour Bus to the other person.
