So I managed to sneak in a quick rest, and as a crafting momma, this is how I slow down and take a little time for myself. With two babies, the days get pretty busy, so those small breaks mean a lot.
I added the two walls to the flooring today. At first, I thought I was missing some parts, but after double-checking and rereading the manual, I found exactly what I needed.
Right now, I’m on page 21 out of 45. There’s still a lot left to finish, but I love that I’m not rushing. Even though I’m tempted to open another box, I want to complete this one first.
This week will be busy too. My daughter has her entrance assessment for preschool, which includes a face-to-face interview. She’ll also be joining a two-week summer class to get ready for the upcoming school year. Hoping everything goes smoothly and that she enjoys the experience.
It’s coming along nicely. There is never a rush. It will be a bit hard sending your little one of to pre-school, but you will soon appreciate a bit more “me” time. She will do well.
Hi Anje_Leonoza_Mira! It is so wonderful to see you carving out some peaceful time for yourself with the A Frame Cabin while your little ones are resting. I love that you are taking it slow and enjoying every page of the manual instead of rushing to the next box. Sending all the best luck to your daughter for her preschool assessment and summer class adventures!
It’s so nice to see this slowly coming together! You have a busy life but you find the time for it, and that’s amazing. There’s no rush at all, as I always say just enjoy the wonderful progress.
