at least ten of high quality…but no limit on the number of posts otherwise…That’s where I get frustrated.

I think that whatever Robotime decides to do will eventually work out. It is their forum and I’m not trying to remake their model. I can only offer my opinions…and you as well. I’m sure all opinions are valued. Sometimes making those opinions does not fare well…but I will still offer mine regardless. Chat boxes are never really “private chats” anyways.

yeah i wouldn’t use the forum’s chat box for privacy, its more like
“Hey I need help with this” and see who is available to respond.
or
“Looking for recommendations”
If it doesn’t require a photo, It’s safe to say that its not for posting
This can provided quicker help, chat box rather than posting about it.

See…this what I don’t know about ‘chatboxes’…and so many other things. I was raised in a different era void of computer technology…so there are many things I don’t understand…or trust. I will opt out of this conversation.
Yes. You get that notification when you hit your daily limit. It is normal.

I agree with your idea. It’s too easy to just like a post and move on to the next. In order to make a relevant comment, you actually need to read the post. It makes you put in more effort to earn the points.

what is funny is I often forget to use the likes. I remember when I read a wonderful topic or post then I remember to like. I am opposite of the overusers! so to speak
