At last, my Halloween pumpkin is finally done.
I love it
Awesome
where are you going to put it?
Thank you very much @Jerry_Boswijk . It was fun, but I am ready to move on. I wanted to go back to working on my Dreamy Garden House…BUT I am house and dogsitting for a couple of days so I think it will be the Manta Ray. No painting needed.
Nice! Do you plan on painting them or carving…or both? @Emma_Samchek
Oh, I’m curious what you think of the manta ray @Nita_Davis , it’s a very different kind of building.
It will be at the county fair for a week…and then I will probably give it to my sister as a decoration. I don’t get many trick-or-treaters. @Liset
Yes, it is @Liset . This will my my first of its kind…but I think it is something I could easily accomplish in a 24 hr period for my last day here. I will go home and get it tomorrow when i drop off the pumpkin. No other tools, paints needed. Easy peasy.
Also a veri nice kit. I really want to try that one. Never made a moving kit from plastic.
That one will be done very quickly…or so I think…My missing index fingers make me struggle with tiny screws sometimes…but I am getting better at them. @Jerry_Boswijk
Fantastic end result! Well done ![]()
Thank you @Nectarines Lessons learned for sure. I will use a primer if I EVER do another and prime it ALL before painting…LOL!
This would be the Masterpiece of the Country Fair ![]()
True you don’t need many tools
have fun!
Ill be doing one and kalvin wanted to do one too! ![]()
Thanks, but I doubt that. We shall see @Liset I haven’t even BEEN to the county fair in YEARS to see what other people do. I will definitely take pics of the other crafty people around here. My county has a population of about 250,000 people.
I love it! Your drawings and penmanship are so nice ![]()
I love it. Perfect for Halloween
Thank you so much @Jill_Francisco . It is so much easier drawing on a flat surface in a horizontal fashion. This was definitely a challenge for me.
